📋 Description
- • As a Recruitment Consultant at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., you will serve as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, playing an integral role in delivering top talent to meet critical hiring needs through cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback, building and maintaining a strong candidate network, developing proactive sourcing strategies for passive and active talent, presenting candidates, overcoming hiring objections, consulting with hiring managers on final selections and compensation, maintaining client and candidate relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submission and hire goals, and updating applicant tracking system reports and related administrative tasks.
