- • Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics for candidates and hiring teams, including scheduling complex interviews across multiple time zones in collaboration with Executive Assistants.
- • Maintain flawless hygiene and accuracy of the company’s ATS (Ashby), ensuring all candidate data, status updates, and workflow configurations are current and properly documented.
- • Support recruitment programs including employee referral initiatives, interview panel coordination, and onboarding pipeline optimization.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering clear, timely, and empathetic communication throughout the recruitment journey to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs, streamline workflows, and resolve scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks.
- • Extract and analyze recruitment data from Ashby to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decisions in talent acquisition.
- • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all candidate interactions and data handling.
- • Proactively manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritizing tasks and anticipating needs to prevent delays in hiring cycles.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment operations by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions grounded in operational best practices.
- • Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation within the recruitment process to enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate engagement.
- • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including interview feedback, candidate feedback, and compliance documentation.
- • Act as an operational backbone for the recruiting team, enabling recruiters to focus on strategic hiring while ensuring seamless execution of tactical tasks.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring priorities and organizational changes in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall candidate and interviewer experience, including feedback collection and process refinement.
- • Prepare and distribute recruitment metrics and reports to stakeholders to inform hiring strategy and resource allocation.
