- • Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term, remote career as a Recruitment Coordinator (Sourcing-Focused). This role supports high-volume hiring through intensive sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment administration, playing a critical role in ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
- • Day to day, you will source and engage large volumes of candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial qualification checks, manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scale, maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, send high volumes of candidate communications and follow-ups, and support recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administration.
- • You will be part of a remote-first team working with US and UK-based companies, operating within US time zones (EST–PST), in a structured, process-driven environment focused on efficiency and scalability in recruitment operations.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in high-volume sourcing, recruitment workflow optimization, ATS management, and stakeholder coordination, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in talent acquisition with global exposure.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous hands-on sourcing experience in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment
- • Prior experience working remotely, including fluency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar, and experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflows
- • High attention to detail and process adherence
- • Comfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelines
