  • • The Recruitment Operations Manager at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. serves as a strategic, client-facing leader responsible for driving recruitment excellence by managing and developing a team of recruiters to exceed performance goals and deliver top-tier talent solutions for clients across industries.
  • • This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and high-touch client partnership, directly impacting year-over-year recruitment success and organizational growth in a remote-first, Mexico-based environment.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of recruiters through coaching, performance improvement plans, and skill development to strengthen individual and team capabilities.
  • • The manager drives performance results by setting, tracking, and adjusting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, creating individualized recruiter equations and making agile adjustments based on real-time data and market shifts.
  • • Acting as a consultative tactical partner, the role requires deep understanding of labor market trends and client industries to provide expert sourcing strategies that attract both passive and active candidates.
  • • Full ownership of comprehensive reporting to senior leadership is required, including analysis of metrics, identification of trends, and communication of successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • • The manager ensures team adherence to SLAs outlined in Statements of Work (SOW), educating recruiters on how meeting or missing targets impacts performance evaluations and business outcomes.
  • • Strategic forecasting of resourcing needs and optimal allocation of requisitions and resources is conducted to maintain high levels of customer service and support across assigned accounts.
  • • Client satisfaction is continuously assessed, with urgent response to issues and proactive steps taken to preserve productivity and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • • A strong, collaborative team culture is championed through recognition, open communication, and alignment on short- and long-term goals tied to account objectives and recruiter development.
  • • Data integrity is maintained through weekly audits of team metrics, process adherence, and administrative compliance to ensure accuracy in reporting and decision-making.
  • • Weekly goals are determined and communicated to sourcing team members as applicable, ensuring transparency and accountability across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • • The role demands strong partnership and collaboration with CRM teams, senior leadership, clients, and external partners to align recruitment efforts with broader business objectives.
  • • Reporting involves analyzing recruitment data, interpreting insights, and communicating findings to the team to drive continuous improvement in sourcing, screening, and placement effectiveness.
  • • Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support evolving business priorities and operational excellence.

  • • Proficiency with multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities efficiently.
  • • Expertise in diverse sourcing methods including social media, alumni networks, Boolean strings, direct/cold calling, traditional and creative techniques, and targeted referrals.
  • • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or staffing industry is preferred.
