In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing innovative regional and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs designed to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth across key U.S. territories and within our most strategic accounts. You will serve as a critical marketing partner to our regional sales leaders, seamlessly blending localized, experience-driven marketing with sophisticated, data-informed ABM strategies to foster new customer acquisition, drive renewals, and expand existing relationships.

- • Your core mission will be to generate and influence a significant amount of annual pipeline across your assigned regions and priority accounts. This will be achieved through the meticulous planning and execution of sophisticated 1:few and 1:1 ABM programs, with a strong emphasis on clear attribution of marketing efforts to tangible business outcomes. You will be responsible for elevating target account engagement year-over-year, a key performance indicator that will be measured by the breadth of buying committee coverage, the depth of multi-channel touchpoints, and the identification of account-level intent and engagement signals. Your strategic initiatives will include the delivery of bespoke regional and account-specific programs, encompassing impactful events, insightful webinars, and tailored localized activations, all designed to meet and exceed ambitious benchmarks for attendance, engagement, and subsequent pipeline conversion.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales and marketing alignment, focusing on critical metrics such as lead follow-up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and campaign adoption rates. The ultimate goal here is to facilitate faster deal progression and achieve higher win rates across the territories you support. A fundamental aspect of this role involves owning the comprehensive reporting of ABM and regional KPIs. You will be expected to clearly demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of your marketing efforts through key metrics, including marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, cost per opportunity, and demonstrable program-level performance improvements on a quarter-over-quarter basis. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach, working hand-in-hand with sales to achieve shared revenue objectives. Travel up to 30% may be required during peak seasons to support these critical initiatives.
