  • • As the Regional & ABM Senior Marketing Manager at MagicSchool Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth by owning and executing targeted regional and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives across priority U.S. regions and strategic accounts. This role is critical to aligning marketing with sales to accelerate new customer acquisition, renewals, and expansion opportunities in the fast-growing EdTech sector.
  • • You will act as the strategic marketing partner to regional sales leaders, blending localized field marketing tactics with data-driven ABM strategies to increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and demonstrate clear ROI through rigorous performance tracking and reporting.
  • • Day to day, you will design and execute 1:few and 1:1 ABM campaigns that generate and influence pipeline, including personalized outreach, digital advertising, direct mail, and coordinated sales plays tailored to specific accounts and regions.

  • • You will own KPI reporting for ABM and regional programs, producing quarterly performance reviews that highlight marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, cost per opportunity, and program-level improvements to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI to leadership.
  • • You will continuously test, learn, and iterate on campaigns using data insights to improve targeting, messaging, and channel mix, ensuring marketing efforts remain agile, effective, and aligned with evolving sales goals.
  • • You will support high-travel event seasons (up to 30% travel) during peak periods, representing MagicSchool at conferences, user summits, and strategic customer engagements to strengthen relationships and drive face-to-face opportunities.
  • • You will contribute to a mission-driven culture by helping educators access cutting-edge AI tools that enhance teaching effectiveness and promote equity in education, directly supporting MagicSchool’s vision of transforming learning through responsible innovation.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B ABM and regional marketing within a high-growth, mission-focused EdTech environment, gaining exposure to cross-functional leadership, advanced marketing technologies, and measurable impact on revenue and educator outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with direct ownership of regional, field, or account-based marketing programs tied to pipeline and revenue generation.
  • • Proven experience in EdTech or another complex, regulated B2B market, demonstrating ability to navigate long sales cycles and stakeholder-heavy buying processes.
  • • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with sales leaders and account executives to co-develop territory and account plans, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
  • • Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, digital advertising, and direct outreach, with a track record of measurable results in engagement and pipeline influence.
  • • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and motions (1:few and 1:1), including how to measure impact across the funnel using engagement, intent, and conversion metrics.
  • • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot or Pardot, including confidence in building reports, analyzing performance, and attributing marketing impact.
  • • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize high-impact initiatives and clearly communicate results to both marketing and revenue leadership.

  • • Generous stock options granted to all full-time employees, vesting over four years to align long-term incentives with company success.
  • • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and a monthly wellness stipend to support physical and mental health.
