- • Serve as the primary point of contact for 3–7 enterprise customers, maintaining and expanding relationships to drive renewals and upsell opportunities within a portfolio of 50–60 assigned enterprise accounts.
- • Lead the strategic account planning process with customers to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones spanning one- and three-year horizons.
- • Close new business and renewals to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- • Represent the full portfolio of Redis products and services to enterprise customers, clearly articulating value propositions for cloud-based, open-source, and enterprise-grade deployments.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Solution Architects, Demand Generation, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align resources and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- • Coordinate internal stakeholders—including support, service, and management—to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new logo acquisition opportunities within assigned territory while managing existing enterprise accounts.
- • Conduct customer meetings, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures independently while maintaining alignment with regional sales strategy.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline with precision to support sales planning and leadership reporting.
- • Travel as required to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in internal team engagements.
- • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs in the SaaS and cloud infrastructure space.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with a focus on consistent performance and revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience selling SaaS or open-source solutions preferred
- • Preferred experience selling cloud-based solutions on GCP, Azure, and/or AWS
- • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- • Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex technical solutions to enterprise decision-makers
