- • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts in the MidAtlantic region, managing relationships and resolving operational and tactical issues related to ResMed product delivery and service.
- • Drive brand prescriptions and expand ResMed’s market presence by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned accounts through account conversions and expansions.
- • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in collaboration with internal specialists to increase revenue and adoption of ResMed’s sleep and respiratory care solutions.
- • Engage directly with external customers and distributors to negotiate commercial agreements for the purchase and supply of ResMed products, requiring deep knowledge of the company’s offerings and customer needs.
- • Monitor and analyze performance data from multiple sources to forecast sales, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- • Work closely with distributors to co-develop and implement sales plans, while regularly reviewing their performance and taking action to meet or exceed regional sales objectives.
- • Network with senior internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and enhance market influence within the assigned geographic territory.
- • Operate with minimal supervision on day-to-day tasks, demonstrating autonomy and initiative in managing a complex, multi-faceted sales portfolio.
- • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ResMed’s full suite of products and services to effectively communicate value propositions and tailor solutions to customer-specific clinical and operational needs.
- • Represent ResMed professionally in field-based interactions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of account-level challenges.
- • Adapt sales approaches based on regional market dynamics, customer feedback, and evolving healthcare delivery models in the Southeast, Southcentral Texas/Louisiana, or Upper Midwest/Midwest regions.
- • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in company CRM systems.
- • Travel as needed within the assigned region to meet with clients, distributors, and healthcare providers to build relationships and drive account growth.
- • Contribute to regional sales forecasting and reporting by providing accurate, data-driven insights derived from customer interactions and market trends.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Minimum of 5 years of related sales account management experience
- • Career-level experience as a seasoned sales professional with full understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
- • Complete knowledge of company products and services
- • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and resolve complex issues creatively
- • Must be based within a reasonable distance of the Southeast (Charlotte/Atlanta/Orlando/Tampa/Miami), Southcentral Texas/Louisiana (Baton Rouge/Dallas/Houston/Austin), or Upper Midwest/Midwest (Chicago/Minneapolis/Detroit)
