- ⢠The Regional Affiliate Manager at Motorola Solutions will lead affiliate acquisition and growth in the western U.S. by identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with repossession and LPR recovery agents. This role drives data acquisition initiatives, supports sales objectives, and ensures alignment with LPR providers to expand the DRN Recovery Network. The position requires travel (25-50%) and is based remotely, with preference for residence in the western United States.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum 3 years of experience in the auto finance or repossession industry with strong understanding of industry players and processes.
- ⢠Familiarity with RDN and LPR systems.
- ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- ⢠Strong attention to detail and logical thinking to distinguish critical from non-critical information.
- ⢠Experience with business processes related to preferred business channels.
- ⢠Creative entrepreneurial mindset to overcome challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- ⢠Ability to think quickly, develop strategy, negotiate, draft, and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
- ⢠Familiarity with Google Suite products and field management software, including RDN and iRepo (Clearplan).
- ⢠Strong work ethic and self-regulation to maintain productivity and accountability.
- ⢠Customer service and sales skills to engage clients and support team collaboration.
- ⢠Team-oriented mindset to work effectively with others.
- ⢠High school graduate or equivalent.
- ⢠Minimum 2 years of college education preferred.
- ⢠LPR industry knowledge preferred but not required.
