📋 Description

• • As a Regional Business Director at Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, you will drive sales growth by recruiting, training, and motivating a world-class sales channel in the Western Region, aligning distributor goals with strategic objectives and supporting major account activity.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute market share and revenue strategies, recruit and manage high-performing sales groups, build relationships with key surgeons and customers, forecast and report sales KPIs, oversee inventory deployment, partner with National Accounts on contracting, conduct business reviews, identify market trends, support sales training, and travel weekly as required.
