This role is instrumental in achieving strong sales force delivery in alignment with brand strategy, focusing on identifying unique performance and delivery trends, and geo-specific opportunities through data analysis.
  • • As a National Business Manager (NBM), you will work closely with the National Sales Director (NSD) and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to enhance focus on coaching, development, and Opinion Leader engagement. You will interpret data and trends within specific geographies to highlight brand performance opportunities, providing analytical support to identify local business opportunities, outline tactics, and supply critical metric support for progress assessment. A key aspect of this role involves partnering with the Sales Performance Operations (SPO) team to suggest improvements to analytic tools, simplifying information for better usage and effectiveness.
  • • In the realm of Access & Fulfillment, you will leverage analytics to identify opportunities and develop pull-through strategies for new wins or changes in coverage. This includes maximizing Vision reporting tools to monitor pull-through progress, optimizing MMIT utilization, monitoring co-pay utilization, and sharing relevant insights. You will also partner with the region leadership team to optimize the deployment of RAS, vRAS, and OPM/RAS programs.
  • • For Incentive Compensation, you will actively investigate data and IC inquiries to maintain credible compensation data, engaging in direct conversations with the field to address data questions and concerns. You will partner with the NSD/SPO to ensure field understanding of the compensation plan and develop strategies to leverage IC, special incentives, and contests as performance drivers. Periodic opportunity assessments and effective communication will be crucial to enhance region payouts.
  • • In General Sales Support, you will partner with the NSD/SPO to develop a national engagement plan, including Nation Calls, skip levels, leadership team calls, and ACT III engagements. You will also assist in creating PowerPoint content and securing internal approvals. You will serve as a key contact for cross-functional partners such as FTM, RAS lead, VSP DM, as well as key Opinion Leaders and Speakers in the Region. The role may involve providing interim District Manager coverage during vacancies or leaves and assisting in the recruiting and hiring process for the Nation. Furthermore, you will partner with the SPO to gain expertise as a regional expert in field processes including Veeva, Sampling, Speaker programs, and Congresses.

  • • The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $175,831.00 - $237,889.00 USD.
