  • • As a Regional Business Manager for the Southeast at BeiGene, Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our oncology business within a dynamic and rapidly growing pharmaceutical landscape. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, your primary mission will be to partner with the Regional Leadership Team to translate the region's vision into tangible results, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.   • • Your responsibilities will encompass a deep dive into market dynamics, critically analyzing regional trends, and translating these insights into actionable plans that pull through business opportunities. You will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends, ensuring that the regional team is equipped with the knowledge and strategies to succeed.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with the Commercial Learning and Development (CLD) team to develop and implement localized training initiatives. This ensures that our field teams are continuously upskilling and adapting to the evolving needs of the market and healthcare professionals.
  • • You will be tasked with meticulously reviewing resource utilization, including programs, samples, vouchers, and corporate site visits. Your objective will be to create and execute plans that optimize the use of these resources, driving new business and maximizing return on investment.
  • • As a trusted thought partner to the regional leadership, you will contribute to enhancing the region’s culture, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in shaping the strategic direction of the region.
  • • This role offers significant opportunities for leadership development. You will lead special projects and initiatives that expand your sphere of influence, including cross-functional collaborations with various sales and partner teams, requiring strong organizational alignment and stakeholder management.
  • • At the direction of the RSD, you will engage with Account Managers (AMs) to assist in building their clinical and business acumen, further strengthening the capabilities of the sales force.
  • • You will be responsible for creating a personal development plan and proactively working to expand your leadership skillset, preparing you for future leadership positions within BeiGene.
  • • You will function as a proactive thought-partner to the RSD, offering innovative ideas, strategic solutions, and effective tactics to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
  • • A critical component of your role involves analyzing business analytics and conducting deep dives to understand both opportunities and challenges within the region. You will utilize tools like Navigator and Guru to generate weekly business analytics, engaging the Region LT in insightful performance discussions covering sales performance, engagement/execution metrics, and trend analyses.
  • • You will coordinate and lead the execution of regional Sales and Business Reviews (SBRs), ensuring that performance is tracked, discussed, and acted upon.
  • • You will proactively engage with Commercial Excellence Team (CET) regional leadership and Regional Managers (RMs) to identify strategic opportunities for peer-to-peer education and communicate updates and recommendations to the leadership team bi-weekly.
  • • You will be expected to demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges, possess a self-starting, self-managing independent work style, and be adept at cultivating trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of the oncology market dynamics, including reimbursement, managed care processes, hospital markets, distribution channels, and various sites of care. You will be expected to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) and interpret both large and small datasets effectively.
  • • Flexibility, the ability to manage competing priorities, and adeptness in task management are essential for success in this multifaceted role.
  • • Openness to relocation for future leadership roles will be considered in the selection process, indicating BeiGene's commitment to career growth and internal mobility.
