- • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Territory Sales Executives focused on new business acquisition and profitable network growth in the Western Region.
- • Define and execute territorial sales strategies to optimize pipeline quality and target high-potential agent opportunities across the Western U.S.
- • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with company-wide revenue and profitability objectives.
- • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement coaching and improvement plans to ensure team members meet or exceed targets.
- • Manage the full new-agent sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation, onboarding, and transition to Account Management.
- • Analyze market data, competitive trends, and demographic insights to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities in key markets.
- • Create and present performance, pipeline, and market reports to leadership highlighting risks, opportunities, and strategic trends.
- • Ensure disciplined forecasting and maintain strong close rates through accurate sales pipeline management.
- • Lead contract negotiations with new agents to ensure profitability, compliance with company policies, and alignment with business objectives.
- • Partner with Marketing to enhance lead generation efforts and with Operations to streamline agent activation and onboarding processes.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Management to ensure seamless handoffs and improve early-stage agent retention.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment with internal teams to improve the overall agent experience and accelerate time-to-revenue.
- • Apply data-driven performance management techniques to maximize team productivity and return on investment.
- • Maintain a strong understanding of financial products, money transfer market dynamics, and relevant regulatory requirements in the consumer financial services industry.
- • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence clients, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- • Work independently and cross-functionally across teams while maintaining accountability for regional business outcomes.
- • Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture that supports diverse perspectives and high-performance standards.
- • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements during recruitment, contracting, and onboarding processes.
- • Maintain proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to track activities, forecast results, and generate reports.
- • Support a remote-first work environment with consistent communication and performance management across distributed teams.
