- • As a Regional Director, Commercial - Private Equity at Zscaler, you will lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth in the private equity sector by leveraging Zscaler’s AI-forward, cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform to secure digital transformation for enterprise clients.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing top sales talent; creating individualized development plans; coaching and motivating the team to exceed targets; understanding and solving customer pain points using Zscaler’s value proposition; acting as the general manager of your business by building strategic plans and accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance; and serving as an executive sponsor for key partners to co-create joint plans, generate pipeline, and close opportunities.
- • You will join Zscaler’s global Sales and Go-to-Market team, reporting to the Regional Vice President of Central, working alongside professionals passionate about delighting customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and advancing a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. Zscaler is an AI-forward enterprise that leverages the world’s largest security data lake to power its Zero Trust Exchange platform, protecting customers from cyber threats while enabling agility, efficiency, resilience, and security.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic execution skills by operating in ambiguous, dynamic environments; strengthen your ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution; deepen your expertise in enterprise sales and C-level engagement; and grow as a high-trust collaborator who values feedback, ownership, and continuous learning—all while contributing to Zscaler’s mission of securing the AI age.
