  • • As Regional Director, Enterprise at Fivetran, you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expansion across strategic accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity for thousands of organizations worldwide.
  • • You will attract, hire, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed growing Enterprise revenue targets through disciplined sales execution, value-based selling using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies, and fostering a high-accountability culture rooted in coaching and clear expectations.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Operations to build an effective Enterprise GTM motion, partnering externally with SIs, GSIs, and tech partners for co-selling motions, and ensuring excellence in complex multi-stakeholder deal execution while building foundations for long-term enterprise account growth.
  • • You will drive AE ownership of pipeline generation, encourage effective AE/BDR collaboration for sustainable prospecting and qualification, and provide accurate forecasting to executive leadership with deep insight into the Enterprise business, working in lockstep with technology and SI partners to achieve successful co-selling outcomes.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership skills in scaling enterprise sales organizations, deepen expertise in technical solution selling to large enterprises, master complex co-selling motions with partners, and shape the strategic direction of Fivetran’s Enterprise business — positioning yourself for continued growth into senior executive leadership while driving measurable impact on revenue, team performance, and customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior Account Executives selling technical solutions to large, complex enterprises
  • • Proven and repeatable history of overachievement as both an enterprise seller and leader, with teams consistently exceeding revenue targets and accelerating careers under your leadership
  • • Natural ability to lead and motivate Account Executives through continuous growth and change, earning trust and respect with a One Team One Dream mindset
  • • Passion for field sales — willingness to jump into deals, connect directly with Economic Buyers, and provide executive bridging and air coverage to close new and expansion opportunities, including face-to-face engagement with reps, prospects, customers, and partners
  • • Experience partnering cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners to build an Enterprise business from the ground up
  • • Expertise in both land and expand sales motions, with a data-backed vision for how Fivetran drives positive business outcomes in the Enterprise market
