- • Manage a team of account executives responsible for specific geographical territories within Australia’s public sector, including State Governments, Higher Education institutions, and government-owned corporations such as utility and energy companies.
- • Demonstrate deep expertise in Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and effectively communicate their value to enterprise customers in the public sector.
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Wiz’s company goals and objectives to drive revenue growth in the ANZ public sector market.
- • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients to expand Wiz’s customer base across Australia’s public sector.
- • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified approach to sales, customer success, and product adoption.
- • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic adjustments.
- • Set clear performance goals for the sales team and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key public sector customers to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing contracts.
- • Stay current with industry trends, emerging cloud security threats, and best practices in enterprise sales to continuously refine sales tactics and positioning.
- • Manage the full sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report on sales performance and pipeline health to executive leadership.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring agility, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, including adherence to Australian public sector procurement and compliance standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years' experience managing and leading a team of enterprise account executives
- • 7+ years' sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions
- • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders
- • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategy and identify performance improvement opportunities
