- • As the Regional Field Marketing Manager for LATAM at Deel, you will own the regional campaign engine, translating global marketing strategy into localized execution across digital, webinars, messaging apps, and influencer partnerships to drive pipeline and market awareness in emerging economies where global employment infrastructure is still unfamiliar.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, Events, and global teams to ensure every campaign touchpoint builds trust, educates markets on Deel’s value proposition, and accelerates pipeline through targeted ABM, localized assets, and community activation in key LATAM hubs like São Paulo, Mexico City, and beyond.

- • Through agency management, sales enablement, and market intelligence gathering, you will strengthen Deel’s presence in LATAM by equipping local teams with culturally relevant messaging, activating partner ecosystems, and feeding regional insights back to global strategy.
- • This role offers unparalleled growth in a high-impact, matrixed environment where you will develop expertise in B2B demand generation, ABM, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven campaign optimization at a scale few companies can match.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role in demand generation, field marketing, or campaign management within LATAM
- • Proven track record of driving pipeline impact in close partnership with Sales, including hands-on ABM execution across account selection, multi-channel sequencing, and conversion
- • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), marketing automation, high-engagement messaging platforms, and active daily use of AI tools to increase output and quality
- • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus; willingness to travel regionally 30-40%
