📋 Description

• • The Regional Finance Controller - Europe leads the financial control function for the European region and serves as global financial controller for Advanced Wound Care, Infusion Care, and Global Quality Operations business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across complex, high-value entities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial process changes, implementing accounting standard updates, providing expert IFRS and local GAAP guidance, partnering with Business Services Centres and Financial Control teams, supporting audit management, aligning finance activities with the operating model, advocating for standardization, overseeing financial reporting for material entities, leading transformation and M&A initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and approving non-routine financial journals under the Grant of Authority framework.
