- • The Regional Health Programs Sales Director drives institutional sales and business development for health programs across a designated region, focusing on medical, nursing, allied health, and hospital systems to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing strategic growth plans, acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, managing the full sales cycle via Salesforce, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Marketing.
- • The role is part of Kaplan, a global leader in education and professional advancement with over 80 years of innovation at the intersection of education and technology, committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and a best-in-class educational experience.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in healthcare education solutions, refine advanced sales and negotiation skills, build lasting relationships with institutional decision-makers, and contribute directly to Kaplan’s mission of expanding access to quality education through strategic partnerships and performance-driven results.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- • Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end experience in customer experience management, process management, and customer relationship management
- • Strong strategic analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and matrix management skills with excellent presentation abilities
