- • The Quality Assurance Analyst at WEX Inc. serves as a critical control point in the operational workflow, conducting independent quality reviews of Benefits Administration systems and data integration to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards before production releases.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing thorough quality reviews of enrollments, life event changes, eligibility rules, rates, and data file integrations; validating data mappings and file structures; creating and executing test plans; logging defects with replication steps; validating data accuracy against regulatory requirements (COBRA, ACA, etc.); conducting scheduled and ad-hoc audits; developing QA standards and templates; partnering with Operations, Client Service, Product, and Technology teams to resolve issues and apply automation/AI tools; participating in testing for system enhancements and production releases; reinforcing quality standards to meet SLAs; and identifying, documenting, and tracking errors and trends to provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- • WEX Inc. is a provider of Benefits Administration systems, and the QA team partners closely with Implementation, Operations, and Ongoing Client Services teams to reduce errors, mitigate operational risk, and ensure system reliability for clients.
- • In this role, the analyst will develop expertise in benefits administration workflows, data integration validation, regulatory compliance (COBRA, ACA), QA process design, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration; they will gain experience with SQL, Excel automation, and QA/AI tools while contributing to improved system quality and client satisfaction.
