📋 Description
- • As a Channel Account Manager for ANZ based in Sydney, you will drive Arctic Wolf’s mission to End Cyber Risk by expanding and managing reseller partnerships that deliver the company’s award-winning Aurora Platform to organizations across Australia and New Zealand.
- • You will build and maintain strategic relationships with Select Partner-level accounts, develop partner enablement and training plans, coordinate internal resources to meet partner performance goals, and lead joint planning processes to align on milestones such as training certifications and revenue targets.
- • You will operate within a high-growth, innovative cybersecurity leader recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner, and IDC, working alongside a global Pack that values solving hard problems, moving fast, and protecting organizations worldwide through technology and collaboration.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your expertise in channel sales, territory management, and cybersecurity solutions while directly contributing to Arctic Wolf’s revenue growth and partner recruitment objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results-driven execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as a Channel Account Manager or in a comparable role such as Channel Development Manager
- • Proven 3+ years of success in channel sales and territory management within infrastructure, networking, or security sectors
- • Experience building business and marketing plans with partners and working within the Distribution channel model
- • Strong skills in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and driving deals to close
- • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
- • Channel experience in cybersecurity (preferred)
