- • As a Regional LTC Sales Associate with Brown & Brown Insurance, you will be at the forefront of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within an assigned sales territory, focusing on Long-Term Care (LTC) solutions for employer groups.
- • Your primary mission will be to connect with benefit brokers and employers, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how our comprehensive LTC products can provide invaluable security and peace of mind for their employees.

- • A critical requirement for this role is the ability to obtain and maintain a producer license within three months of your hire date, along with ongoing commitment to continuing education to stay current with LTC product offerings and regulatory changes.
- • This position involves routine or periodic travel within your assigned region, necessitating the use of your own vehicle or a rental, and requires maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and minimum insurance coverages.
