- • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, recruit and coach top-performing sales representatives, build customized pitches for OBGYNs and MFMs, and use market insights to drive territory growth and profitability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of direct sales management experience leading a team of sales reps in Women’s Health, Prenatal Diagnostics, or Reproductive Health, specifically within the DMV (MD, DC, Eastern VA) region.
- • Proven track record of hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed ambitious goals, with demonstrated success in award-winning performance (e.g., President’s Club, Chairman’s Club).
- • Strong data analysis skills, strategic thinking, and tactical execution ability, including assessing opportunities, prioritizing efforts, and using insights to optimize sales volume and market share.
- • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external clients such as OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
- • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to act with urgency and focus on closing business in a fast-paced, startup environment.
