- • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team in the Great Plains region (MN, IA, SD, ND) to drive adoption of BillionToOne’s innovative prenatal diagnostic solutions, directly impacting access to life-changing genetic screening for expectant parents.
- • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, recruit and coach sales representatives, build customized pitches for OBGYNs and MFMs, and analyze market trends to increase market share and profitability in women’s health.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of direct sales management experience in Women’s Health, Prenatal Diagnostics, or Reproductive Health, specifically within the Great Plains region, with an existing portfolio of OBGYN, MFM, and Genetic Counselor relationships.
- • Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed ambitious sales goals, including experience with award-winning performance (e.g., President’s Club, Chairman’s Club).
- • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, assess competition, and optimize territory performance.
- • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external healthcare clients.
- • Demonstrated ability to prioritize opportunities, manage time effectively, and act with urgency to close business in a consultative sales environment.
- • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, combined with tactical execution ability and self-motivation in a fast-paced startup environment.
