- • Lead and grow a high-impact sales team in the LA North region to drive adoption of BillionToOne’s innovative prenatal diagnostic solutions, including the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen, directly impacting access to life-changing genetic testing for expectant parents.
- • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, recruit and develop top-performing sales representatives, customize clinical pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors, and use market insights to increase territory profitability and market share.

- • Develop leadership expertise in building sales teams from the ground up, deepen knowledge of prenatal diagnostics and reproductive health markets, and contribute to product evolution through frontline clinical feedback while advancing a career in high-growth healthcare sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of direct sales management experience leading a team of sales representatives in Women’s Health, Prenatal Diagnostics, or Reproductive Health, specifically selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors within the LA North region.
- • Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed ambitious goals, supported by awards such as President’s Club or Chairman’s Club and strong negotiation and closing skills.
- • Strong data analysis abilities to assess sales performance, identify trends, evaluate competition, and optimize strategies for increased volume and profitability.
- • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external healthcare clients.
- • Demonstrated ability to prioritize opportunities, manage time effectively, and act with urgency to close business in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
