- • Lead and execute regional marketing strategy for North America, aligning with global GTM priorities to build momentum and drive pipeline growth.
- • Drive demand and account-based marketing (ABM) through multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise manufacturing accounts, ensuring tight alignment with NA Sales to accelerate revenue.
- • Champion content and brand localization by adapting global messaging, creating regional thought leadership, and developing customer case studies for the North American market.
- • Orchestrate regional events including trade shows, executive roundtables, and webinars, focusing on engagement quality and measurable ROI.
- • Leverage marketing technology (CRM, MAP, analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media) to optimize campaigns, measure attribution, and improve operational efficiency using AI tools.
- • Own metrics and budget by setting and tracking KPIs (CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution) and managing regional marketing spend effectively.
- • Bring deep insight into North American manufacturing markets, cultures, and buyer behaviors to inform strategy and improve market penetration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or industrial technology.
- • Proven success driving net new pipeline in enterprise B2B markets, with experience selling into large manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- • Demonstrated ability to design and execute demand generation and ABM strategies that create measurable pipeline impact.
- • Experience managing and scaling regional teams or agency partners.
- • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media platforms).
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for high-quality content and brand consistency.
- • A data-driven mindset and comfort managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
- • Fluency in English required; French speaking a plus.
