📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of Heidi's events across the Middle East and Africa, including intimate clinical dinners and major regional conferences, ensuring direct clinician and healthcare leader engagement with Heidi.
  • Design and deliver sponsorship programs at regional conferences that function as high-quality lead engines, managing all stages from booking to lead capture and follow-up.
  • Devise and run localized brand campaigns tailored to specific markets, geographies, or clinical specialties across the diverse and fast-moving Middle East and Africa region.
  • Partner with MEA integration and channel partners to activate their Heidi customer bases through localized launches, webinars, and marketing campaigns aligned with regional context.
  • Produce compelling sales content including brochures, presentation decks, flyers, and digital assets to equip the sales team for enterprise deal wins across varied healthcare systems and buyer environments.
  • Manage MEA-specific website and marketing assets, ensuring accurate localization of compliance information, regulatory context, and regionally relevant thought leadership content.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of authentic customer stories—both written and video—that highlight Heidi’s real-world impact across diverse healthcare settings in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Support enterprise account outreach with targeted marketing initiatives designed to meet the complexity and scale of healthcare organizations in the MEA region.
  • Drive rigor in lead capture and lead ageing processes across the MEA go-to-market team to ensure accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with the MEA growth marketing and sales team to create moments that cut through noise and foster genuine clinician engagement in a high-competition, rapidly evolving market.
  • Be on the ground in the region, actively participating in clinical settings, conferences, and field activities—not operating remotely or from behind a desk.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect Heidi’s mission of preserving humanity in healthcare while meeting local regulatory and cultural expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of regional healthcare dynamics, including payer structures, clinician workflows, and regulatory landscapes across multiple countries in MEA.
  • Translate global marketing strategies into locally resonant initiatives that account for linguistic, cultural, and institutional differences across the region.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and product teams to align regional campaigns with broader company goals while maintaining autonomy in local execution.
  • Uphold Heidi’s core values of precision, pace, ownership, and collective growth in all marketing activities and stakeholder interactions.
