📋 Description
- • The Regional Nursing Lead will drive clinical excellence and support regional growth by training, coaching, and ensuring competency of Infusion Nurses across their assigned region, directly contributing to Local Infusion’s mission of transforming specialty infusion care through patient-centered service and AI-enabled technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include validating clinical competencies, auditing quality metrics, coaching nurses on best practices, serving as the primary clinical point of contact, identifying training gaps, onboarding new hires, providing direct patient care when needed, and ensuring compliance with regional clinical standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current RN licensure in all states within the Region (or ability to obtain licensure in all required states)
- • 3+ years of infusion nursing expert-level clinical knowledge and hands-on experience
- • Ability to travel 30%-50% for on-site training, coaching, and support at infusion centers
