- • As a Regional Operations Manager for the Asia region at Skelar AS, you will play a pivotal role in scaling consumer businesses across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and other global markets by aligning strategic business vision with flawless operational execution.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring high-quality regional operations, optimizing workspaces and team workflows, managing remote specialists, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, proposing process improvements, optimizing lead onboarding and performance tracking, developing KPI plans and development systems for new leads, preparing training manuals, maintaining regional communication channels, and tracking team communication effectiveness.
- • You will join Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates and scales consumer businesses to global leadership, where tech products have earned recognition from Product Hunt and The Webby Awards and are used by over 10 million people worldwide, supported by strong teams and a culture of expertise and unlimited growth opportunities.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in cross-functional leadership between Business Development and Operations, strengthen data-driven decision-making, build scalable operational systems in dynamic markets, enhance remote team management and communication frameworks, and drive measurable impact on regional efficiency and business development success while growing your ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Efficient Communication: English B2+ level for daily stakeholder communication outside China
- • Remote Team & Region Management: Experience managing remote teams and creating KPI systems for local office specialists
- • Operational Excellence: Ability to freely manage data structures, monitor execution statuses, and ensure strict deadline adherence
- • Business Development Mindset: Strategic approach to tasks, flexibility in decision-making, and rapid adaptation to changing business priorities
- • Critical Thinking & Result-Orientation: Fact-based decision-making, effective prioritization, and focus on achieving key business metrics
