- • As the Regional Partner Director for the DACH region, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Camunda's market presence through strategic management and development of key partnerships. This role is pivotal in orchestrating complex business processes, leveraging enterprise-grade AI agents to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experiences for over 700 leading innovators globally. You will be at the forefront of a company recognized as a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies, and listed on GP Bullhound’s 2024 Top 100 Next Unicorn list, embodying a commitment to innovation and excellence in the enterprise agentic automation space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of named partners within the DACH region, including Regional System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and Resellers. A significant part of your role will involve the selective recruitment, meticulous onboarding, and continuous development of new partners within your assigned territory, ensuring they are equipped to effectively represent and sell Camunda's solutions. You will be responsible for executing joint go-to-market plans with these partners, which includes facilitating account mapping sessions to identify mutual opportunities, overseeing the partner onboarding process to ensure rapid enablement, and actively driving pipeline development initiatives. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted marketing plans that generate demand and support partner success.
- • A core function of this role is to effectively articulate Camunda's compelling vision, cutting-edge technology, and unique value proposition to both current and prospective partners. This involves understanding their business objectives and demonstrating how Camunda can help them achieve their goals. You will work in close partnership with the direct sales teams and sales leadership, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure seamless and effective engagement with partners in sales opportunities. This includes joint account planning, co-selling activities, and ensuring alignment on strategy and execution to maximize win rates and customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in regional and opportunity-level execution, particularly with some GSIs, to ensure Camunda's strategic objectives are met.
- • You will be empowered to build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with your partner ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success. This involves understanding the competitive landscape, identifying market trends, and proactively developing strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the DACH region. Your ability to influence and drive outcomes will be crucial in ensuring partners are invested in and actively promoting Camunda's solutions.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the rapid growth of a leading enterprise automation company. You will gain invaluable experience in managing and scaling a partner channel in a dynamic, fully remote, and globally recognized organization. You will have the chance to hone your skills in strategic account management, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional collaboration, working with a talented team dedicated to innovation and customer success. By successfully developing and executing partner strategies, you will directly impact Camunda's revenue growth and market leadership, playing a key role in shaping the future of enterprise agentic automation and contributing to the company's journey towards becoming a dominant force in the industry. You will also have the opportunity to develop your understanding of complex business processes and how AI-driven automation can transform them, making a tangible impact on how businesses operate and succeed.
- • Camunda is a fully remote, global company that is rewriting the rules of modern business. Certified as a Great Place to Work and recognized by Flexa for true flexibility, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome and empowered. We are growing fast and are looking for top talent who are excited to do meaningful work and make a real impact. Our culture celebrates diverse backgrounds and fosters a collaborative spirit, making it an ideal place to advance your career and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in automation technology.
- • The team you will be joining is responsible for the strategic management and development of partners within their respective regions, with the primary objective of driving revenue through these partnerships. This specific role focuses on the DACH region, with an emphasis on managing and developing regional and boutique partners, while also engaging in regional and opportunity-level execution with some Global System Integrators (GSIs). You will be part of a high-performing team that is crucial to Camunda's go-to-market strategy and overall success.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in the intelligent automation and Business Process Management (BPM) market space, a rapidly evolving and high-growth sector. You will learn to navigate complex sales cycles, develop sophisticated channel strategies, and build strong executive relationships with key stakeholders. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and expand Camunda's partner ecosystem, contributing directly to the company's ambitious growth trajectory and its mission to lead the future of enterprise automation.
