- • As a Regional Practice Lead - Communications at Kraken Technologies Limited, you will combine people leadership, delivery oversight, and subject-matter expertise across multiple clients and countries within your region, playing a critical role in advancing sustainable energy solutions through technology.
- • Day to day, you will be accountable for raising the standard of delivery excellence, developing talent, ensuring consistency of practice across different countries and client engagements, and remaining closely connected to complex client implementations involving Kraken's communications systems: Voice, Ink (email/chat), and Transactional Comms.
- • You will work within Kraken's Comms Practice, supporting clients through Migration (onboarding and configuration) and Accelerate (optimisation for improved channel effectiveness, automation, and customer experience) phases, contributing to a smart, sustainable energy system that optimises renewable generation and enhances grid intelligence.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in global energy technology delivery, mentor teams across regions, and drive best practices in communications system implementation, directly impacting Kraken’s mission to transform the energy industry for a better, more sustainable future.
