- • As a Regional Sales Account Executive at Cox Automotive, you will run your territory like your own business, driving growth by building your pipeline, shaping your strategy, and cultivating executive-level relationships to introduce advanced fleet management solutions that make operations smarter, safer, and more efficient.
- • You will achieve and exceed annual sales targets, develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and enter new markets, lead complex sales cycles using consultative and Challenger-based approaches, partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, deliver tailored proposals, maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce, share actionable insights on industry trends, prepare customer reports by analyzing key data, collaborate cross-functionally for seamless customer experiences, and own $5-10M in new business development until transition to account management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination such as master’s degree with up to 2 years, Ph.D. with up to 1 year, or 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- • Valid driver’s license and strong driving record.
- • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multi-market and multi-state territories.
- • Experience in trucking or fleet management sales (preferred).
- • Proven success in prospecting, developing new business, and growing existing accounts (preferred).
- • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills (preferred).
