  • • As a Regional Sales Director at Illumio, you will be at the forefront of our mission to redefine cybersecurity and enable operational resilience. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within a designated territory, with a strategic focus on Fortune 250 prospects. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of enterprise sales, particularly within the security and networking software domains.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the front-line leader within the Illumio field organization. This involves not only prospecting and creating new sales opportunities but also orchestrating a virtual team of Illumio personnel and external partners to ensure successful deal closure. You will be empowered to develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan, employing a "land and expand" strategy to penetrate target accounts and cultivate relationships with key champions and sponsors.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the ability to drive a regional sales plan that necessitates tight collaboration across various internal and external teams. This includes working closely with Account Development Representatives (ADRs), Partner Account Managers, Customer Success Advisors, and other extended field resources. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster seamless teamwork and leverage these relationships to achieve sales objectives.
  • • You will be expected to accurately forecast business objectives, understanding both the client's needs and Illumio's potential to meet them. This requires a keen business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into tangible business value for C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve identifying, engaging, and building robust relationships with key channel partners, including resellers and system integrators. These partnerships are vital to extending our reach and delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. You will leverage your existing network and actively build new alliances to drive co-selling initiatives and expand our market presence.
