  • • This pivotal role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong hunter mentality, adept at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for our valued partners, including distributors, system integrators, and end-users, fostering robust relationships and ensuring their success with our innovative product portfolio.
  • • A key aspect of your responsibility will be to act as a dedicated problem solver for our partners, providing timely and effective assistance with quotes, proposals, and overcoming technical or sales objections to facilitate deal closure.
  • • You will orchestrate and execute comprehensive territory engagement strategies, including participation in trade shows, delivering compelling product demonstrations and training sessions, and conducting informative lunch and learns to educate and engage potential clients and partners.
  • • Collaboration is central to our success; you will work closely with various internal departments, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and to provide valuable market feedback.
  • • Meticulous pipeline management and accurate forecasting are critical. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of sales activities, partner pipelines, and sales forecasts, providing weekly and quarterly reports to management.
  • • Adherence to best practices in customer relationship management is essential. You will diligently utilize and maintain our CRM system, Salesforce, to track all interactions, opportunities, and sales progress, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
  • • This role demands significant travel, with extensive travel required throughout your assigned territory. Occasional travel within North America may also be necessary to attend industry events, training, or to support broader organizational initiatives.
  • • You will be expected to develop and maintain a deep understanding of Motorola Solutions' comprehensive suite of video security and access control products, including their technical specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively position them against competitors.
  • • Proactively identify emerging market trends and customer needs within your territory, translating these insights into actionable sales strategies and product feedback for the organization.
  • • You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
  • • The ability to present complex technical information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to diverse audiences, from technical integrators to executive decision-makers, is paramount.
  • • You will contribute to the overall strategic planning for the Pelco organization within the North America Fixed Video division, providing input on market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
