  • • As a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise for Auth0 at Okta, you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth within a designated territory, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts. This pivotal role demands a strategic, self-driven, and experienced sales professional passionate about cybersecurity and the critical role of identity in modern business security and growth.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive territory plans aimed at generating a robust pipeline of net-new logos. This involves identifying target accounts, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning Auth0's cutting-edge identity and access management solutions as the definitive answer.
  • • Your primary objective will be to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the year-over-year growth of your assigned region. This requires a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to reach key decision-makers.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing Auth0 customers. By understanding their evolving needs and demonstrating the ongoing value of our platform, you will drive expansion opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and gaining access to appropriate leaders within prospect organizations. This includes building and expanding your network of decision-makers across various departments, including Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Security.
  • • The role requires you to meticulously scope, negotiate, and close complex enterprise agreements, ensuring that revenue quota targets are not only met but surpassed. This demands strong negotiation skills and a keen ability to articulate the business outcomes and ROI of Auth0's solutions.
  • • You will strategically leverage Okta's ecosystem, including partners, to identify and open new opportunities. Collaboration is key, and you will build and maintain effective working partnerships with internal teams such as extended sales development representatives (xDRs), partners, presales engineers, and customer success managers.
  • • A crucial part of your success will be your ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand within the CTO organization and among technical leadership. You will need to effectively pitch and close deals with Product, Engineering, and Architecture decision-makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their technical requirements and business objectives.
  • • This position requires strong technical discovery skills that resonate with the developer community. You must possess the acumen to connect technical features and capabilities to tangible business outcomes, demonstrating how Auth0 solves critical identity challenges.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills are paramount. You will be expected to present compellingly to audiences at all levels of an organization, from technical practitioners to executive leadership, adapting your message to their specific needs and technical aptitudes.
  • • You will operate with a confident, self-driven mindset, yet possess the humility necessary to collaborate effectively within a team environment. The ability to work independently while also contributing to a larger collective goal is essential.
  • • Proficiency in utilizing established Sales Frameworks, such as MEDDPICC (which Okta employs), Challenger, or Sandler, is highly valued and will be critical for structuring your sales approach and driving predictable results.
  • • Travel will be necessary to build and cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospects, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams. This role also includes a mandatory in-person onboarding during the first week at either the San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL office.
  • • By joining Okta, you become part of The World’s Identity Company, contributing to a mission of freeing everyone to safely use any technology. You will work with a flexible and neutral platform that places identity at the core of business security and growth, impacting billions of log-ins annually.
  • • You will be empowered to work productively in a dynamic environment, with access to the best tools and technology. Okta fosters a culture that celebrates diverse perspectives and experiences, encouraging lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
