- • Serve as the Regional Sales Manager for Fire and Life Safety products across Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, driving sales growth and market penetration in key Indian urban centers.
- • Lead and manage a regional sales team focused exclusively on Ajax Systems’ Fire and Life Safety product portfolio, including detectors, control panels, and integrated safety solutions.
- • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Ajax’s global objectives to expand adoption of Fire and Life Safety systems among residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, architects, and fire safety consultants to drive product adoption and project-based sales.
- • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activity, and customer needs specific to Fire and Life Safety in India’s urban markets.
- • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localize messaging, training materials, and promotional campaigns tailored to regional fire safety regulations and customer preferences.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for Fire and Life Safety products as defined by global sales KPIs.
- • Represent Ajax Systems at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars focused on fire safety, building codes, and security infrastructure in India.
- • Provide product training and technical support to channel partners and end-users to ensure proper installation, configuration, and usage of Ajax Fire and Life Safety devices.
- • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline reports using company-approved tools to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- • Work closely with the Global Business Development team to align regional efforts with international product launches, certifications, and compliance standards.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations, RoHS requirements, and Ajax’s environmental and ethical manufacturing policies.
- • Act as a brand ambassador for Ajax Systems, promoting the company’s mission of resilience and protection through innovative security and automation technology.
- • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to relay insights back to product development teams for future enhancements to Fire and Life Safety solutions.
- • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and support regional inventory planning.
- • Travel within the assigned region (Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai) as needed to meet clients, attend events, and support partner onboarding.

- • Proven experience in sales management within the fire safety, security systems, or building automation industry
- • Demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets
- • Strong understanding of fire detection, alarm systems, and life safety regulations in India
- • Experience working with distributors, integrators, and technical partners in B2B environments
