  • • Manage and lead a team of Client Growth Consultants focused on cross-selling Vensure’s portfolio of HR/HCM technology, managed services, and global BPO solutions to existing clients.
  • • Drive revenue growth by achieving defined sales targets and expanding client lifetime value through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • • Oversee and optimize the team’s sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent pipeline growth through direct client outreach and engagement.
  • • Train, coach, and mentor Client Growth Consultants to improve sales effectiveness, adherence to sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Sandler), and overall performance.
  • • Conduct weekly team meetings and frequent one-on-one check-ins to provide feedback, develop skills, and reinforce accountability to performance standards.
  • • Collaborate with Client Relation Partners to align sales outreach with service and retention efforts, ensuring a unified client experience.
  • • Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends to drive operational improvements and strategic adjustments within the sales team.
  • • Provide field insights and recommendations to Client Growth Leadership to inform ongoing strategy, execution, and product positioning.
  • • Maintain high standards of business ethics and alignment with company values while managing client relationships with integrity and professionalism.
  • • Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to track activities, manage client data, and report on sales progress and team performance.
  • • Demonstrate strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels, including executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • • Apply strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client needs and adapt sales approaches to evolving market conditions and partner requirements.
  • • Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, conferences, and partner visits, requiring adaptability to varying work environments.
  • • Maintain sedentary work posture for extended periods while operating computer systems, with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting of office supplies.
  • • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and openness to feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements while operating in an at-will employment environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of successful sales experience with leadership experience preferred
  • • Proven track record of managing high-volume sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • • Foundational experience with Challenger, Sandler, or similar sales methodologies
  • • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • • Strong understanding of HR outsourcing concepts (HCM, Payroll, BPO)
  • • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to lead and influence teams
