- • Regional Sales Manager MY South & Singapore (Based in Melaka or Johor Bahru) – Drive sales growth and distribution excellence across Malaysia’s southern region and Singapore by leading and managing distributor secondary sales forces to meet agreed targets.
- • Day to day: Manage and direct secondary sales force activities to achieve sales, distribution, and spending objectives; translate distributor branch annual goals into monthly secondary force targets; plan forward month trade activities with distributor managers using scorecards; conduct quarterly performance reviews using Business Review Templates; initiate promotional activities to improve distribution, trade stock holding, merchandising, and sales opportunities; enforce MUST CARRY LIST guidelines to meet distribution objectives by outlet type; ensure company merchandising standards and good warehouse practices are upheld; verify distributor compliance with agreement terms; coach and accompany secondary sales force to improve competency; ensure timely submission of distributor claims per finance requirements; report competitive activities regularly.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position within an FMCG background, preferably in distributor channel management
- • Good communication skills in English, both written and oral; additional Chinese dialects are an advantage
- • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others
- • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility when necessary
- • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Preferably a degree holder in any discipline; minimum diploma required
