  • • Regional Sales Manager for Standard Bots Inc., a fast-growing robotics startup, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in the US Pacific Northwest territory by connecting advanced automation solutions with manufacturing, logistics, and industrial clients.
  • • This role is critical to scaling the company’s go-to-market strategy, translating technical robotics capabilities into compelling business value, and establishing long-term partnerships that accelerate adoption of cutting-edge automation technologies.
  • • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and market analysis tailored to the Pacific Northwest region.
  • • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, system integrators, and channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • • Deeply understand customer operational challenges and pain points, then align them with Standard Bots’ robotics solutions by translating technical features into clear, measurable business outcomes.
  • • Lead the full sales cycle independently—from initial outreach and qualification to demonstration, negotiation, contract finalization, and post-sale follow-up—ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to customize demos, technical proposals, and solution architectures that address specific client needs and integration requirements.
  • • Represent Standard Bots at industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and stay informed on emerging trends in industrial automation.
  • • Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap decisions and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to company growth objectives while operating with high autonomy in a remote, startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology sectors
  • • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • • Strong technical understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to the ambiguity and speed of a startup environment
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
