📋 Description

• • The Regional Underwriting Manager (Non-QM) supports the underwriting department by ensuring service level agreements are met and providing expert guidance on complex loan scenarios, playing a critical role in maintaining underwriting quality and operational efficiency.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring underwriters, serving as the primary point of contact for underwriting questions, reviewing loan files for compliance and accuracy, managing pipeline SLAs, conducting spot reviews, and assisting with underwriting production based on volume needs.
