- • As a Registered Dietitian at Welltheory, Inc., you will partner with the company to deliver its proprietary care program to members, focusing on reversing the autoimmune epidemic through functional nutrition and personalized care plans.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with members to assess health concerns, leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies and hormonal imbalances, guide members in adopting sustainable anti-inflammatory diets, and participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols.
- • Welltheory is an innovative, remote-first startup committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, offering autonomy and creativity in a fast-evolving field of holistic health and functional medicine.
- • In this role, you can deepen your expertise in functional lab testing, hormonal and gut health, autoimmune protocols, and behavior change techniques while contributing to the integration of WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- • Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure through the Commission on Dietetic Registration or equivalent state licensure
- • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in dietetics with expertise in disease management, Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), and health lifestyle behavior change
- • Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states (WellTheory will cover the cost)
- • Preferred: Experience in functional nutrition clinics or telehealth settings, familiarity with functional lab testing, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), hormonal imbalances, gut health, and Motivational Interviewing
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive starting salary: $63k–$70k for Registered Dietitians, $72k–$80k for Functional Registered Dietitans with additional equity compensation
