Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our virtual, evidence-based treatment program, directly contributing to our mission of making effective eating disorder care accessible to all.
- • You will serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers via a dedicated chat hotline, offering crucial guidance and support for meal-related challenges. This involves providing practical recommendations for meal planning, addressing specific nutritional inquiries, and coaching caregivers on effective strategies for managing mealtimes.
- • Your role extends to equipping caregivers with the skills and techniques necessary to respond constructively to behavioral challenges that may arise during meals, fostering a more supportive and less stressful environment for the patient.
- • A key responsibility is to ensure all incoming inquiries are addressed in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner, strictly adhering to the patient's individualized treatment and meal plans, as well as Equip's established protocols and overarching treatment philosophy.
- • You will be adept at triaging and escalating complex or urgent inquiries, seamlessly transitioning these conversations to phone or video support to guarantee prompt and effective resolution.

- • Beyond direct patient support, you will undertake essential administrative tasks, including meticulous documentation of all interactions and efficient messaging triage and response, ensuring a comprehensive record of care.
