- • This Registered Nurse position in the Hospital At Home program is vital to delivering high-quality, family-centered care in patients’ homes, supporting UMass Memorial Health’s mission of healing and respect for patients, community, and staff.
- • The RN will plan, coordinate, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge, perform assessments, develop care and education plans, supervise nursing care, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining open communication with leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

- • Hiring range of $37.51 - $81.95 per hour, with final offer based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity

- • Structured schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts (7AM-7:30PM), every third holiday and every third weekend
