As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Twin Health, you will make a tangible difference daily by providing expert clinical guidance, unwavering support, comprehensive education, and consistent encouragement to members striving to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases and elevate their overall well-being.
  • • The RN Operations Manager for Implementation is an ideal position for individuals with a proven track record in managing large-scale or complex operational initiatives, effectively leading teams and their work, consistently delivering exceptional results, and cultivating strong relationships with departmental partners. You are a highly motivated professional with a keen focus on successfully rolling out new programs and technologies, ensuring their seamless adoption and effective integration into daily practice. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team supporting one of our rapidly expanding strategic partners.
  • • You will be instrumental in leading or contributing to the implementation of new technologies and clinical workflows, from the initial planning stages through to go-live. This will involve close collaboration with engineering, design, and training teams to translate complex clinical needs into actionable technical requirements. Furthermore, you will manage direct reports, leverage data analytics to understand operational impacts, and align these metrics with strategic operational decisions. You are adept at driving change management initiatives and ensuring process standardization across various functions to enhance care coordination and operational efficiency.

  • • Key Responsibilities include:
  • • Overseeing the daily operations of direct reports while actively driving strategic operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Leading clinical implementation efforts for new technologies and workflows within an assigned team or partner, fostering close collaboration with operations leaders, product management, engineering, and design teams.
  • • Proactively addressing clinical and administrative concerns, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, ensuring adequate staff coverage, and gathering critical feedback on care delivery systems to maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, accuracy, and standardization.
  • • Spearheading change management and driving the adoption of new tools and workflows at the team level, working in partnership with training departments and peer leaders. Serving as a key subject matter expert bridging the gap between technical teams and frontline staff, and incorporating post-implementation analysis and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • • Collaborating to design and evolve clinical workflows by assessing current-state needs and defining future-state requirements that uphold stringent quality and safety standards.
  • • Working closely with teams to collect data, gather insights, and solicit front-line feedback to inform strategic decisions and standardize processes across assigned teams, thereby supporting scalable operational growth.
  • • Achieving and upholding Twin's service care goals and standards, which involves meticulous monitoring and management of team performance, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance targets.
  • • Guiding the development, organization, and clear communication of nursing and team policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • • Providing essential support for recruitment, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentoring of team members.
  • • Aligning and collaborating effectively with cross-functional team leaders, acting as the team's representative and/or subject matter expert on critical initiatives and projects.
  • • Promoting member self-care management by expertly applying clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • • Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary team colleagues, including nurses, health coaches, providers, and operations teams, to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for all members.
  • • Delivering timely responses and constructive feedback to colleagues regarding member care, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • • Organizing and maintaining accurate records with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols as mandated by federal law and Twin Health policies.
  • • Generating and analyzing reports as required for management, identifying key trends and any emerging concerns.
  • • Actively participating in ongoing education and performance improvement activities to stay abreast of best practices and contribute to organizational growth.
  • • Performing additional duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.
