- • Join the team at Lakes Regional Healthcare, a multi-disciplinary team built on Compassion, Hospitality, and Stewardship, with a mission to improve the health and well-being of people in the Iowa Great Lakes region.
- • Provide nursing care to patients by utilizing the nursing process and meeting established patient care standards, serving as an advocate for patients and families while adhering to the mission and values of Lakes Regional Healthcare.
- • Deliver patient care to both hospice and home care patients as assigned, utilizing good oral and written communication skills, nursing judgment, organizational skills, and time management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Graduate of an accredited licensed school of nursing with an associate degree in nursing.
- • One year of medical-surgical and/or home care/hospice nursing experience preferred.
- • Current RN license to practice in the State of Iowa.
- • BLS and Child & Dependent Adult Abuse Reporting certification or willingness to obtain according to Education Policy.
- • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of vehicle insurance coverage, and physical ability to drive a vehicle.
