📋 Description

• This Registered Nurse position at Fira Health, Inc. offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-acuity, patient-centered home health care with significant autonomy and minimal office presence—only twice monthly required—allowing clinicians to focus on meaningful one-on-one patient interactions in the San Antonio area.
• The role involves conducting comprehensive in-home patient assessments, managing wound care and infusion therapies, developing individualized care plans, administering physician-prescribed treatments, supervising LVNs and HHAs, and maintaining seamless communication with physicians, care teams, patients, and families using Homecare Homebase for documentation.
• Adaptive Home Health is a privately owned, Texas-based agency committed to clinical excellence and operational support, empowering nurses to practice at the top of their license while being backed by a multidisciplinary team that values clinical expertise and impact.
• Nurses in this role will deepen their expertise in home health, wound care, and infusion therapy, gain leadership experience supervising clinical support staff, and enjoy the flexibility to choose their service area (Castle Hills, Fair Oaks Ranch, Somerset, or Universal City) and tailor their weekly schedule around a 30-point productivity target with earning potential beyond that threshold.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Three years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience with wound care and infusion therapy
• Current Texas driver’s license and CPR/BLS certification
• Proficiency with healthcare documentation systems, preferably Homecare Homebase
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
