- • As a Regulatory and Inventory Operations Engineer at Twilio, you will play a critical role in managing the global phone number inventory that powers Twilio’s Super Network, ensuring reliable connectivity for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing phone number supply to meet customer demand without excess inventory costs, verifying customer KYC submissions against internal policies, and collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve compliance and technical issues.
- • You will serve as a domain expert on global phone number regulations, design and improve operational processes for better customer experiences, and communicate insights using data, graphs, and visuals at an intermediate level.

- • Thorough, organized, and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- • Fluent in written and spoken Japanese
