📋 Description

• • As a Regulatory and Site Start Up Specialist at PFM Asset Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and compliant activation of clinical trial sites in South Korea, directly contributing to the advancement of precision medicine in oncology and rare diseases.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and submitting Clinical Trial Application Forms and dossiers to Competent Authorities and Ethics Committees, managing site activation timelines, coordinating document translations, maintaining regulatory intelligence and project trackers, and partnering with Site CRAs to align communication and secure site readiness.
• • You will join Precision for Medicine, a leading Clinical Research Organization dedicated to advancing precision medicine through innovative trial design, biomarker analytics, and deep therapeutic expertise, with a growing global team committed to ethical, high-quality clinical research.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in international and local regulatory frameworks, gain hands-on experience in site activation workflows across multiple functions, and build cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing to the successful launch of life-changing clinical trials.
