- • The Regulatory and Start Up Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring timely and compliant site activation for clinical trials, directly supporting Precision Medicine Group’s mission to advance precision medicine in oncology, rare diseases, and other therapeutic areas through rigorous regulatory adherence and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and submitting clinical trial applications and dossiers to Competent Authorities and Ethics Committees, managing communications with regulatory bodies, maintaining project trackers and regulatory intelligence tools, coordinating document translations, and collaborating with site CRAs and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines, documentation, and site readiness.
- • The specialist works within a dynamic, mission-driven Clinical Research Organization that integrates clinical trial design, medical expertise, biomarker analytics, and a deep commitment to rare disease and oncology research, fostering innovation through scientific rigor and global collaboration.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in international and local regulatory frameworks, gain hands-on experience in site activation workflows, strengthen cross-functional coordination skills, and contribute to the successful launch of clinical trials that advance life-saving therapies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (or Registered Nurse equivalent)
- • 1+ year of experience as a Regulatory or Start Up Specialist in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
- • Fluency in English and proficiency with computerized information systems, spreadsheets, word processing, and email
