- • As a Relationship Manager at Allica Bank, you will play a pivotal role in supporting established SMEs across the West Midlands, helping them access tailored financial solutions that drive growth and strengthen local communities.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of SME customers, understand their business aspirations, originate lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion, write credit papers aligned with bank policy, and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service while actively acquiring new business through trusted professional networks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record as a Relationship Manager and Business Developer with experience building high-value, trust-based referral relationships
- • Strong understanding of SME banking with a background in commercial lending
- • Demonstrated history of exemplary customer service and ability to maximise value with prospects and customers
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with evidence of strong career progression or outperformance
- • Ability to analyse and review financial accounts and associated information to structure lending proposals and write credit applications
- • Passion for SMEs, self-starter mindset, and entrepreneurial approach to work
